Restorative + Sound Bowls
Restorative yoga is a deeply nourishing practice available to all levels of ability. As a calm style of yoga, restore uses props such as bed pillows, blankets, and eye cover to safely support the body in restful postures. By holding poses longer, we are able to sooth the nervous system and access deeper levels of self, the perfect way to receive both sound bowl vibrations.
90-minute livestream practice and Sound Bowl workshop- Enjoy a sound bath while resting in restorative yoga postures. This workshop includes a restorative yoga practice and guided meditation. Live Sound bowls and chimes will be played at segments during the practice.
As an added bonus, Carolyn will play her collection of healing crystal bowls during segments of the practice for a lovely vibrational sound bath.

What is Reiki? Reiki is a simple technique using the hands as a conduit for the Reiki energy. Reiki is a Japanese word that loosely translated means "Spiritually guided universal life energy". A Reiki practitioner gently places his /her hands on or over whatever living thing they would like to give Reiki.
Anyone can be initiated to a Reiki 1attunement. At this level you are permanently attuned and connects tot he Reiki energy. This attunement process enables one to provide Reiki self- treatments as well as Reiki treatment for family, friend, & pets.
